		<description>I lived in the UK for many years.  There was a Turkish restaurant that used to sell almond pastry just like this.  They used to call it Shamali.  Is this the same recipe they may have borrowed from Greece?  Thanks for publishing this recipe as I have been looking for the Greek version for many years.</description>
