Use abrorio rice, or a short grain rice, and cook first. Add currents, roasted pine nuts, minced lamb/pork or beef, onion ect, and line pot as the instructions read. Add two cups of a mixture of white wine, lemon juice and water, wiegtht it down so the wraps don't wander, and simmer till the liquied is gone at a low heat. Much better I think!!!
